The workshop is a dynamic, engaging, and unconventional experience that combines dance, body, and technology in a single creative journey. Conceived and led by Matteo Nesci—educator, psychologist, and dance teacher—the workshop was created to help young people discover a different way of learning: through movement, expression, and active participation.
Educational dance is not presented as a technique or performance, but as a free space where everyone can move, experiment, and feel part of the group. You don’t need to know how to dance: just let yourself be guided by the rhythm, energy, and desire to get involved. The body becomes a tool for getting to know yourself better, communicating with others, and enjoying an authentic and engaging learning experience.
During the workshop, through guided activities, movement games, and moments of improvisation, participants discover how much the body can help them learn, collaborate, and create together. It is an experience that encourages everyone to participate, values differences, and transforms the group into a space for relationship, listening, and sharing.
The meeting alternates practical moments with brief moments of reflection, in a light and participatory style.
The rhythm of inclusion is a workshop designed to experience the body as a space for discovery, expression, and freedom. An opportunity to be together, move, have fun, and feel part of something, learning that everyone has their own rhythm and that true richness comes from diversity.
