MindnARt: Stories for Emotional Resilience is a public workshop open to children, families, teachers, and members of the local community. It offers a creative and welcoming space where stories become tools for emotional expression, empathy and connection. The event is organized in the framework of MindnArt – Empowering Teachers to Manage Students’ Stress through Emotional Intelligence and Creative Art Interventions, supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, and aims to promote students’ wellbeing through narrations of the project publication.
During the workshop, participants will take part in guided storytelling activities focused on emotions, resilience, and everyday challenges. The experience will be combined with a puppet-making workshop, where children will create simple puppets and use them to bring their stories to life in short, playful performances.
The event will also include the presentation of the book Silent Screams, developed within the project. Through its powerful stories and reflections, the book seeks to help young people better understand their emotions and to support parents and educators in responding to children’s inner struggles. By sharing these narrations with the public, the event aims to raise awareness and strengthen a culture of care, listening, and emotional wellbeing.
