This interactive workshop invites participants to explore the connection between past and present through technology. It begins with an introduction to the facilitator’s art project, followed by an engaging activity where participants use Google Street View to locate places from a fictional photo album. This gamified experience not only enhances digital literacy but also inspires creative ways to bridge generational gaps. The session concludes with a group discussion, reflecting on the challenges and discoveries made along the way.
This workshop is part of the ALZ-Q project, which aims to give facilitators, such as guides and adult educators, in small local museums and libraries, the skills to receive people who have recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, based on knowledge with, and experiences of, renowned educational institutes with the AE training of employees who deal with vulnerable adults.
